First time visitor?

Follow the 4 steps below to get started.

No reservations necessary!

  1. Sign a Waiver to create a profile and sign our waiver.  This is required for all guests, even those just watching. Taking care of this online in advance will save you time in person!

  2. Buy a Pass or Membership.  Learn more about these options on our Memberships/Passes page, then purchase online or at the welcome desk. No reservation necessary.

  3. When you arrive, the crew will greet you, confirm your waiver has been signed, take payment for your rentals and fit you with special shoes and a harness.

  4. Attend our facility orientation. Our Facility Guides lead these approximately 15-minute sessions throughout the day.  During peak times, there may be a wait for the next session. After completing the orientation, you are free to climb in our bouldering area or climb the auto-belays. New climbers can learn about the different types of climbing here.
