We are currently hiring individuals for multiple roles and specifically those with evening and weekend flexibility who enjoy facilitating events. Our events range in size, age, and format including birthdays, scout troops, high school sports teams, field trips, corporate events, team building and Adventus Special Events.

Join Our Crew
General Manager
Lead the Adventus organization and community through managing daily operations. Be the integrator of the company's core functions and execution of goals. Unite your love for active adventurous living and empowering people in this key leadership position. This role requires someone with 3 years of managerial experience and program/event coordination in gym management or hospitality.
Social Media Specialist
Inspire our members and future climbers - be a creative force to unite and capture the energy of Adventus. Collaborate to build the voice of our brand across social media platforms by executing strong mission driven initiatives. Help build strategy to maximize connection with members and build climbing community. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting people, promoting adventure, and building an active thriving climbing community.
Route Setter
Are you fascinated by the creation of creative, challenging and diverse routes? Route Setters remove holds from the wall, wash them, reconfigure and bolt them into the wall, teaching practical climbing techniques through movement. Route setters must also create visually interesting routes and boulders that catch climbers eyes and draw them in.
Welcome Desk
The Welcome Desk crew facilitates community focused, enjoyable and safe climbing experiences for all Adventus guests. As the first impression of Adventus, Welcome Desk crew members wear a genuine smile and show up with a caring, present nature.
Facility Guide
The Facility Guide facilitates collaborative, enjoyable and safe climbing experiences for all Adventus guests. They answer guest questions with patience and care, address concerns with understanding, perform orientations, maintain the facility and encourage a culture of community.
Instructor/Coach
Our Instructors and Coaches provide leadership and direction to youth participants in Camps, Climbing Clubs, Climbing Team and more. Instructors provide enjoyable and enriching climbing experiences for program participants and athletes while they learn individual and team skills, sportsmanship, and fair play.
Events Coordinator
Help create unforgettable experiences for climbers, groups, and community partners by coordinating events from start to finish. As the go-to liaison for event organizers, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, organized, and memorable Adventus experience.
Programming Coordinator
Inspire climbers of all ages by helping develop and manage programs that build skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for climbing. You'll work closely with instructors, participants, and families to create engaging classes, clubs, camps, and competitions that help every climber reach their potential.
