No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text Messaging Opt In and Opt Out


When creating a profile, Adventus customers are asked whether they would like to receive email and/or SMS Text communications (see image to the left).

They will see the message:
Yes! I agree to receive SMS text messaging from Adventus Climbing, including updates, special offers and program reminders.

When they receive their initial text message, the message will say:
Welcome to Adventus Climbing! Please respond to this message with START if you agree to receive SMS communications. Cancel at any time sending STOP.

After that, our Approach software customers will be able to adjust their subscription settings at any time with a “Manage Subscription” button, placed at the end of our email communications.
Hitting the "Manage Subscription" button will bring them to a page on the portal called "Subscription Settings" (see left image). 
Individual Settings
Marketing can be controlled on an individual level manually both in the main app by the gym as well as in the portal by the customer. 
The main app settings can be found in the individual profile under the marketing tab whereas the portal settings can be found under the notification tab.
